City of Manistee Coronavirus Up-dates
The Public Facilities of the City of Manistee to the public until further notice. Transactions and communications can be done online, phone, or the dropbox.
The DDA office is closed during this mandate. Up-dates can be found on the Downtown Manistee Facebook page.
Small Business Resources During Coronavirus
Governor Gretchen Whitmer has issued a Small Business Releif program during the COVID-19 Stipulations. Resources from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) include $10 million in small business loans and $10 million in small business grants.

The Manistee DDA currently has ONE open board member seat: At Large Member. Please share and fill out the application below and return to the City of Manistee City Clerk for interest March 31st.
What is a DDA?
DDA stands for Downtown Development Authority. DDA’s are Tax Increment Financing enities with the City to allocate funds for infrasture and improvements in a specific area, your DDA District. These funds support the enhancement and engagment of the area.
